  • 2 medium zucchinis Make sure to rinse and dry thoroughly before starting.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil Can be substituted with coconut or avocado oil.
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste freshly ground black pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your Air Fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Wash the zucchinis, cut off the ends, and slice them thinly, about 1/8 inch thick.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the zucchini slices with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Place the seasoned zucchini slices in a single layer in the Air Fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches.
  5. Air fry for about 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  6. Once done, take them out carefully, let them cool slightly, and serve with your favorite dip or enjoy them plain.

Notes

These Air Fryer Zucchini Chips are best enjoyed fresh. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze them for longer storage (may lose some crispiness). To reheat, pop them back in the Air Fryer at 375°F for about 5 minutes.
