- Grab a large mixing bowl and combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until everything is well-blended.
- Add in the gluten-free granola and gently fold it into the yogurt mixture, being careful not to crush the granola too much.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a spoon or cookie scoop, dollop the mixture onto the sheet to form bite-sized mounds.
- Add your desired toppings to each mound.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 2-3 hours or until the bites are solid.
- Once frozen, transfer them to an airtight container for longer storage.
Notes
Store in the freezer for up to 2 months in an airtight container. No need to reheat; enjoy straight from the freezer.
