  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup For sweetness.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract For flavor.

Method

Preparation
  1. Grab a large mixing bowl and combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until everything is well-blended.
  2. Add in the gluten-free granola and gently fold it into the yogurt mixture, being careful not to crush the granola too much.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a spoon or cookie scoop, dollop the mixture onto the sheet to form bite-sized mounds.
  4. Add your desired toppings to each mound.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 2-3 hours or until the bites are solid.
  6. Once frozen, transfer them to an airtight container for longer storage.
