  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup Can adjust sweetness to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Adds flavor depth.
  • 1 pinch salt Enhances overall flavor.

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the plain yogurt, matcha powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  2. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness by adding more honey or maple syrup if desired.
  3. Pour the mixture into silicone molds or an ice cube tray, optionally layering in chosen toppings.
  4. Place the molds in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours or until completely frozen.
  5. Remove the bites from the molds and serve immediately, or transfer them to an airtight container for future enjoyment.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months. Enjoy straight from the freezer.
