Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, diced onion, minced garlic, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish or foil-lined baking sheet and shape it into a loaf.
  4. Spread the sugar-free ketchup over the top of the meatloaf.
  5. Bake for about 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  6. Allow the meatloaf to cool for a few minutes before slicing.

Notes

For a leaner option, swap ground beef for ground turkey or chicken while ensuring all ingredients are halal-compliant. Avoid overmixing the meatloaf mixture to prevent a dry texture, and let it rest after baking for better juiciness. Store leftovers tightly wrapped in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
